Purchase and use of the gift vouchers
The purchase of a gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as “Voucher”) on the website sophiakuehn.de is handled by Sophia Kühn, located in Herne / Germany.
The value of the voucher will be offset against the purchase price of a work of art through the website sophiakuehn.de.
In the event that the total amount of the shopping cart exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference in the purchase price can be paid by the holder of the voucher, i.e. the buyer, through the website by means of the accepted and offered forms of payment.
The gift vouchers will be sent by e-mail or mail.
Responsibility
Sophia Kühn bears no responsibility for any misuse of a voucher by unauthorized third parties.
The buyer has no right to exchange or redemption of an already purchased voucher by Sophia Kühn. In the event of theft or loss, Sophia Kühn will not refund the purchase amount.
In the event of a functional or technical problem on the Sophia Kühn website during the voucher redemption process, or any time urgency, Sophia Kühn reserves the right to conduct a case-by-case review to evaluate the possibility of creating a replacement voucher.
The return of a work of art purchased by means of a voucher shall be effected by means of an exchange in the form of a new voucher to be issued in the original amount of the initial voucher. The validity of this new voucher is one month from the date of exchange.
Sophia Kühn excludes liability in the event of non-receipt of a voucher due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the buyer. The buyer has at any time the possibility to contact Sophia Kühn to correct any incorrect information regarding billing and/or shipping address.
Suspicion of abuse
In case of suspicion of misuse of a voucher, Sophia Kühn reserves the right to stop this use immediately and to have the legitimacy of the use of the voucher confirmed by the buyer.
